Mr. Schipper joined Steven H. Schwartz & Associates in 2005.  Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schipper was a law clerk for the firm of Helveston & Helveston and an intern for the Detroit branch of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Legal Unit.

During Law School, Mr. Schipper was a member of the Journal of Law in Society, Student Trial Advocacy Program and Wayne Labor Law Society. Mr. Schipper was also awarded the Silver Key Award and the ABA/BNA Award for Excellence in the Study of Labor and Employment Law.  He graduated in the top 20% of his class.

Prior to law school, Mr. Schipper worked for four years at a Detroit-based employment selection and development organization.
